UP & OVER GARAGE DOORS

Groves Garage Doors has many years of experience supplying and fitting Up & Over Garage Doors. There is a vast range of materials, styles and colours available, from traditional to contemporary.

Garador offers a range of Deco-grain finishes to match any timber or UPVC window frames.

Along with excellent security features and the option to automate Up & Over Doors, they are a great choice to complement any home.

Two Types of Operation:

  1. A canopy up & over garage door operates with the aid of a large spring located on the top of the garage door. Whilst under tremendous tension, this spring forces the Up & Over Garage Door to open or close with the aid of rollers, cones and cables. Once open, approximately one third of the garage door protrudes overhead, hence the name ‘Canopy’ Door.
  2. A retractable Up & Over Garage Door is operated by two springs located at the base of the framework. Tracks or runners accommodate rollers that glide back into the garage for smooth operation. Automation is available for new & existing retractable garage doors.

You guessed it, we had Grove Garage Doors fit a black double roller door (South facing), on the two hottest days of the year so far. Well what can one say, but Darren and his crew mate got on with it and did an excellent job. Came back today to fit the trim, making an impressive change to our house. I have been putting off changing the old door, but how amazing it now looks. Worth every penny!!
