How long will I wait for my new garage door?
Standard stock doors take up to two weeks, special orders between two and eight weeks.
Are you fully insured?
We are insured from our vans and equipment right through to full public liability.
Will you be taking my old garage door away with you?
Yes, and we dispose of all old doors in an environmentally sound way.
Guarantee
What guarantees do I get?
Garage Doors should only be installed and/or repaired by specialists in the field. It is a purchase you will expect to last a long time. Although we expect there to be no problems with our garage doors we do offer a no quibble guarantee on all works to put your mind at rest.
- All repairs include a full service of your door, the use of genuine parts and a six-month guarantee on our workmanship.
- New Doors have excellent manufacturer’s warranties, with Garador and Hormann offering a ten-year guarantee across a wide range of their doors, and five years on their operating systems.
- In addition, Groves Garage Doors offer a two-year guarantee on workmanship as standard, and an impressive five-year guarantee on workmanship should you choose to have your door serviced by us annually. (Our price is just £65 + VAT per year for annual servicing).
